Industrial Sale on Schillinger Rd. N.

Mobile, Ala., December 7, 2018 – Out-of-state investors purchased twelve acres of land located at 991 Schillinger Road N, formerly Forterra Pipe, for $500,000. There are still 18 acres remaining for purchase, according to Allan R. Cameron, Jr., SIOR, with NAI Mobile, who represented the sellers. Charlie Christmas of Christmas Properties represented the buyers.
