Creola, Ala., December 19, 2018 – Out-of-state investors purchased a 7,500 square foot industrial building on 2.7 acres located at 9439 Old Hwy 43 in Creola, AL, for $235,000. The property is one hundred percent leased by CoBert Bending, Inc., according to Pete Riehm of NAI Mobile, who represented the buyers. Sharon Wright of White-Spunner Realty represented the seller.
