Waterman-Smith Building Downtown Leasing Up Fast

Cytranet recently leased 1,675 square feet of office space at the Waterman-Smith building located at 61 St. Joseph Street in downtown Mobile. Only six spaces remain available for lease, including the former Wells Fargo anchor position on the ground floor, according to Josh W. Hall of NAI Mobile who handles the leasing of the landmark historic building.
