Large Land Sale in West Mobile to DR Horton

Mobile, Ala., June 13, 2019 – Alabama Pecan Development sold 58.9 acres off Repoll Road and Airport Blvd in West Mobile for $1,089,650 to DR Horton for a single family-residential subdivision. Alabama Pecan Development has an additional 2,500 +/- acres available for purchase, according to Allan Cameron, SIOR, of NAI Mobile who represents the sellers.
