The property is located in the Opportunity Zone at the southeast quadrant of AL-59 and I-65 with approximately 2.7 miles of frontage along I-65 and adjacent to the South Alabama Mega Site, according to Brandon Broadus & Pete Riehm of NAI Mobile who handled the transaction.
